An active campaign is any campaign that is currently live and publishing content. Paused or archived campaigns are not counted toward your usage.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we prorate any differences.
Premium and Enterprise plans include dedicated onboarding. Studio and Freelancer customers get access to our self-serve knowledge base, video tutorials, and email support.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time and retain access through the end of your billing period.
Each landing page you publish through Kleos is hosted on our infrastructure. You pay a flat monthly fee per active hosted page, which includes SSL, CDN, and analytics.
